Queer visibility
Photo: Harry Hachmeister, New York, 2018
Queer visibility is more than the self-determined representation of LGBTQIA+ people: It contains both an aesthetic and a political agenda. With contributions from artists and academics, the symposium aims to open up new perspectives on historical and current expressions of non-heteronormative lifestyles – in photography and beyond. With Harry Hachmeister, Matthias Hamann, Kerstin Honeit, Katrin Köppert and Leonard Volkmer.
